While Manolo Blahnik is more often associated with New York, due to being almost as famous a part of the Sex & The City TV series as Mr. Big, there is a lesser-known Manolo Blahnik store in London. The shoes are just as high, just as creative (and yes, just as expensive) but what's wonderful about the London store is that it's his flagship - so the stock is entirely seasonal. None of the continuous lines in store - making this a wonderfully creative shoeshop.
